At DiNachural, we strive to provide high-quality hair care products that meet our customers’ expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not work for everyone. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Eligibility for Refund


To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
  3. Product must be unused or partially used, with a reasonable amount of product remaining.

Refund Process


To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email: or WhatsApp at 076 012 8621 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Return the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team, along with the RMA number.
  3. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

  • Final Sale items, as indicated on the product page.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • Products returned without an RMA number.

Warranty

DiNachural products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it free of charge.

Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update our Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all purchases made after the updated policy is posted.
